MOD Employer Recognition Scheme

The MOD Employer Recognition Scheme encourages employers to gain a bronze, silver or gold award to demonstrate their pledge of support to the Armed Forces Community.
Ant Chapman, Managing Director of Chapman Ventilation said “We were very proud to have been awarded the Gold ERS back in 2021, an award that reflects our commitment to the Armed Forces. We employ veterans and reservists and are a better business because of it. We have signed the Armed Forces Covenant to show our support to those that protect our nation. I hope we can inspire other companies to apply and also support past and present members of the Armed Forces community”.
The window for applications for this year has just opened. Expressions of interest for a gold award need to be received by 1 March 2023 and expressions of interest for a silver award need to be received by 5 April 2023.
