Vin Chapman is commissioned by Peter Boizot, founder of Pizza Express, to install a canopy and ductwork in one of his very first restaurants.

First shop opens in London Colney, selling ventilation equipment whilst continuing to develop the contracting side of the business.

On the move again: a larger office in London Colney provides the space to expand operations and grow as a firm.

CVL landed in Australia! We exported catering and kitchen equipment to Five Guys, Sydney. Proudly awarded the Ministry of Defence Gold Employer Recognition Scheme Award for our support to the armed forces community and won the Outstanding Contribution to Business category at the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards.

Sustainability is important to us and we joined forces with Swedish cleantech company Enjay. Installing their system provides our customers with increased energy efficiency, reduced costs, and improved environmental performance. At Head Office, we added solar panels onto the roof of the building, switched some of our fleet to electric cars and purchased an electric forklift. We also celebrated 10 years at Woodfield Road with a refurbishment of the diner, meeting rooms and part of the factory.
