Charity

Over the last 10 years we have been fortunate enough to be able to support the charities that are important to us. Most recently, these include Motor Neurone Disease Association, The UK Sepsis Trust, and our local charity, Isabel Hospice. In addition, our business also raises money for Ukraine, via the Disasters Emergency Committee, too.

We also enjoy participating in the annual Biggest Coffee Morning event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support each September and raise awareness of World Mental Health Day each October.   

Our team have great fun raising money for these vital charities via a wide variety of fund-raising events which include cake sales, raffles, and afternoon teas!   

As well as donating money, we also donate our unwanted and “pre-loved” goods to charity too. In May 2022, we signed up to Isabel Hospice’s sustainability initiative “Tonnes of Care”. We have a donation point in our office for members of staff to bring in their items and Isabel Hospice make regular collections from us. Our donations are sold in the Isabel Hospice charity shops and the sales pay for crucial nursing care in the hospice. To date we have donated nearly 1.5 tonnes of items to this worthy cause and prevented them from going to landfill.
