Production Operative

Chapman Ventilation are one of the UK’s leading HVAC contractors specifically for the restaurant industry. We have over forty years’ experience designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke HVAC solutions, and are committed to sourcing only the most sustainable products on the market today. To this day, Chapman Ventilation is still family owned and run, with David and Anthony Chapman having taken over from their parents more than 20 years ago. Our client base continues to grow, and we now handover in excess of 180 sites annually and maintain over 2000 sites each year.

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to appoint a Production Operative within our established production department.

Daily duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Lifting, shifting, humping, dumping, wrapping, strapping all of our products
  • Assembly duties across our varied product range
  • Packing products for dispatch and general labouring duties
  • Following comprehensive health and safety procedures to ensure the department runs safely at all times.

As this is a trainee position, attitude and the right work ethic are important, as is the ability to follow direction without supervision. All applicants will need to be strong team players with excellent communication skills.
