Nando's Westfield

Located in the central atrium, the unit is open to the mall across one entire side of the restaurant. This design feature meant the balancing of the ventilation systems had to be exact to maintain perfect restaurant temperature. Too much extract would cause the mall's air to be drawn across customers. Too much supply,

and the positive pressure would send odours from the restaurant into the mall.

All extracted air must pass through Westfield’s roof-top ecology system, and Chapman Ventilation worked with the landlord’s team to meet the required extraction rates

and cleanliness.

Chapman Ventilation has completed several projects in both Westfield White City and Westfield Stratford.
