Loch Fyne gave us the challenge of providing ventilation for a commercial kitchen, restaurant and fishmonger – all within a listed building reported to be one of the last coaching garages in St Albans.

This wonderful development, just minutes from the St Albans high street, is sheltered by a modern glass canopy. Chapman Ventilation installed fully exposed ductwork and canopies to complement this stunning setting. For ventilation to the onsite fishmonger and restaurant air conditioning, we used energy efficient VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) heat pump technology.
