The Restaurant Group's projects always have challenging timescales. Whole projects last only six weeks, and we have one week to install the entire mechanical services package. We’re in from day one, as our equipment has to be installed before the ceilings

are fitted – a process that begins after just three days. Our week long first fix includes more than 500 individual components, all of which have to be delivered, assembled and wired to the main control panel.
