Story, the first restaurant from acclaimed British chef Tom Sellers, aims to create ‘stories not just of food, but of everything that has played significance and holds a memory’. Located on the site of a former Bermondsey toilet block, the menu at Story is based around British cuisine – ‘ingredient-led and steeped in history’ – with dashes of inspiration from Sellers’ time working with Tom Aikens, Thomas Keller and Rene Redzepi. Nando'sOne of our longest standing clients, Nando’s serve succulent flame-grilled chicken from over 200 sites across the country. We’ve worked closely with Nando’s over the years to develop and fine-tune their systems to cope with their intensive cooking style. We've recently finished working on sites in Bath and Teddington, which opened on 6th Feb and 30th Jan respectively. River CottageRecent winner of the SRA's Sourcing Award, Hugh Fearnely-Whittingstall's River Cottage has been a household name since 1998 when Hugh first bought his famous food ethos to Channel 4. Since then, he has been at the forefront of several campaigns to improve the welfare and sustainability of animals and fish, and opened three award-winning canteens and delis across the south-west. A new client for Chapman Ventilation, we're delighted have worked on the latest River Cottage Canteen: a converted Grade II-listed 19th Century Hall in Bristol. ZizziA member of the Gondola group, Zizzi serves fresh, authentic Italian food from numerous sites across the UK. Its most recent outlet opened on Monday 11th February in Glasgow's Royal Exchange, and features a standalone bar, outside seating and a new bar menu alongside a 250 cover restaurant. ZoiloZoilo Restaurant and Bar is the long-awaited second venture from Diego Jacquet and Alberto Abatte, the team behind Casa Malevo. Zoilo opened on Duke Street, London at the start of November. With a menu focussed around traditional "Cocina Argentina", Zoilo offers a range of sharing dishes inspired by the different regions and products of the country, including an entirely Argentinian wine list. Here, our ductwork and ventilation is on full show, winding its way across the restaurant ceiling and down the walls, and lit by bespoke filament lightbulbs. CabanaCabana, the brainchild of David Ponte and Jamie Barber, serves urban and contemporary Brazilian barbeque food cooked on an open grill in the centre of the restaurant. Their third site opened in Westfield White City late last year, and word is that they are on the look out for a fourth. Jamie's ItalianWe’ve been working with Jamie Oliver since the launch of his first Jamie’s Italian in 2007. Since then, the chain has expanded rapidly, and there are now 25 restaurants across the country - not including his Union Jacks 'great British flatbreads' concept launched in 2011. Bill'sIn 2001, Bill Collison opened Bill's Produce Store and Cafe - a small, bustling restaurant on the site of his former greengrocer's in Lewes town centre, just outside Brighton. Over a decade later, and Bill's has just secured its 18th site in the UK and its first in a shopping centre location. Recently, we successfully handed over Bill's Bristol - a great site on Queen's Road due to open on April 8th. Keep your eyes peeled for more sites in the pipeline. ByronAfter a four-year stay in America, Tom Byng set out to bring “proper hamburgers” to London. And so, in 2007, Byron was born. There are now 28 sites spread across the capital, all serving high-quality, freshly made burgers in a comfortable, relaxed environment, and Byron has recently begun its expansion across the rest of the UK with sites in Cambridge, Kent and Oxford. HawksmoorWinner of Best New Restaurant in the 2011 Time Out Eating and Drinking Awards and recently named in the National Restaurant Awards Top 100, Hawksmoor now operates four restaurants across the capital. Its most recent site to open is on the corner of Air Street - a beautiful 30s inspired site with marble staircases, arching art deco ceilings and parquet floors, all painstakingly reclaimed and restored. GiraffeWe've worked with Giraffe for some time now, but have recently been appointed to help with its brand spanking new 'Burgers and Cocktails' concept serving, you guessed it, burgers and cocktails. Its first site, launched following the success of the burger-focussed St. James' Street outlet, is situated in the Castleford Xscape centre, and handed over successfully in early September.
