We’ve been working with Jamie Oliver since the launch of his first Jamie’s Italian in 2007. Since then, the chain has expanded rapidly, and there are now 23 restaurants across the country. Our most recent projects include Westfield Stratford City, which opened its doors at the end of September, and Jamie’s Italian Bluewater.

Nando's

One of our longest standing clients, Nando’s serve succulent flame-grilled chicken from over 200 sites across the country. We’ve worked closely with Nando’s over the years to develop and fine-tune their systems to cope with their intensive cooking style. Our most recent completed project is the Bluewater shopping centre, where there are now two Nando’s for you to choose from.

Frankie & Benny's

Part of The Restaurant Group, the Frankie and Benny’s concept is a regular feature in many retail parks across the country. They now manage over 180 sites, and are continually expanding their estate. Our most recent project, Frankie and Benny's in Leigh, Manchester, opened its doors on 11th November.

Byron
 
  Hawksmoor    Cabana 

Byron

After a four-year stay in America, Tom Byng set out to bring “proper hamburgers” to London. And so, in 2007, Byron was born. There are now seventeen sites spread across the capital, all serving high-quality, freshly made burgers in a comfortable, relaxed environment. Byron have recently opened their latest site in the West End's Central St. Giles development.

Hawksmoor

Winner of Best New Restaurant in the 2011 Time Out Eating and Drinking Awards, Hawksmoor now have three restaurants across the capital serving ‘the best steaks in London’. Hawksmoor Guildhall opened to the public in October, and is following in the footsteps of the Sevendials and Spitalfields restaurants: rave reviews all round.

Cabana

Cabana, the brainchild of David Ponte and Jamie Barber, is one of the newest restaurants to come to London, serving urban and contemporary Brazilian barbeque food. Their latest site launched in November at the Renzo-Piano designed Central St. Giles development.

Chiquito

Another of The Restaurant Group's leisure dining brands. We look after not only new builds for this brand, but the reactive maintenance as well... which usually means a broken extract fan at 4.00pm on Friday afternoon!

Brasserie Blanc

Brasserie Blanc is just one part of Raymond Blanc’s burgeoning restaurant and pub empire. Describing it as a ‘can-can’ to the Manoir’s ‘delicate waltz’, Brasserie Blanc serves simple, high-quality food in relaxed and informal surroundings. The chain has recently announced plans for a considerable expansion, and we’ve just completed work at their new Chichester branch.

We have been working with GBK to roll out their brand across the UK. Our most recent completed project is on Clink Street, and as the name suggests, is on the site of a former prison.

 Ping Pong   Loch Fyne    Busaba 

Ping Pong

A new client to Chapman Ventilation, Ping Pong are the leading dim sum restaurant in the UK with 12 sites now open. Bow Bells House and Appold Street – both in the City – are the most recent.

Loch Fyne

Starting life as a small oyster shack, Loch Fyne now has 42 sites operating across the country and is renowned for its specialist, sustainably sourced seafood. The last site we completed for Loch Fyne was in Hertford, less than ten miles up the road from our offices and in a beautiful old Arts and Crafts building.

Busaba

Busaba is a new approach to contemporary Thai cuisine. Conceived by Alan Yau, Busaba offers a single course eating experience designed to feed you with the minimum fuss. The latest site to open is in the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre, part of the developments for the upcoming 2012 Olympic games.

Roka

Roka is an international restaurant selling contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine. Our most recent project is Roka in Canary Wharf which opened in Autumn 2009.

Another new client for Chapman Ventilation, Martin Dewey started Square Pie in November 2001. Based in London, Square Pie is the leader in creating new and better tasting pies.

Cote

The winner of 'Best Value Restaurant in Britain', Cote took their inspiration for the food and design from a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros that populate Paris. Cote Salisbury opened its doors earlier this year.

HIX         

Hix

Another celebrity chef to add to our growing list, Mark Hix has opened his second London restaurant on Brewer Street in Soho on the site that was formerly Aaya. The restaurant was designed by Martin Brudnizki in a 'rugged Georgian' style. Chapman Ventilation was pleased to have been part of this successful opening.
