Chiquito

Cote

The winner of the best value restaurant in Britain, Cote took their inspiration for the food and design from modern interpretation of the many famous bistros that populate Paris. Cote Horsham opened its doors to the public at the end of september 2009.

Hix

Another Celebrity chef to add to our growing list, Mark Hix has opened his second London restaurant on Brewer Street in Soho on the site that was formerly Aaya. The restaurant was designed by Martin Brudnizki in a 'rugged Georgian' style. Chapman Ventilation was pleased to have been part of this successful opening.
